I.Brief description of equipment function.

The gas cylinder is placed on the automatic weighing position of the stamping machine by the logistics line or manually, the weighing sensor weighs the gas cylinder and transmits the weighing data to the CPU (Industrial control machine). The weighing data could be scanned or input manually also.  The system receives the weighing signal then the feeding manipulator grabs the weighed gas cylinder to the stamping machine, the stamping machine clamps the gas cylinder automatically. According to the printing program and weighing data stored in the computer, they system starts stamping with the gas cylinder.  After stamping, the manipulator automatically grabs the processed cylinders and delivers them to the logistics line, at the same next working cycle starts.

II. Equipment function features

  1. The stamping characters that will not change with each line are first arranged on the character tray, and the position of the characters that will be change is vacated. The stamping machine finishes rolling stamping the whole row of lined up characters quickly, then the tailstock servo motor drives the gas cylinder to rotate precisely to the position of the characters that need to be changed, and then the character tray carries out the stamping of single characters according to the program requirements. Thus, the perfect combination of fast roll stamping and digitally controllable single character stamping is achieved.

This equipment adopts full servo-electric work, and no longer uses hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic system work, which greatly improves the speed, accuracy and reliability of machine operation, and eliminates the disadvantages of hydraulic system , such as oil temperature changing, oil source cleanliness, oil leakage, energy consumption, etc.
  3. Built-in system supports automatic calculation and printing of the weighing data plus additional weight (the measured weight of the bare cylinder + weight of the neck ring + weight of the plastic powder).

  2. Number of rows of stamping code: the number of rows of stamping code can be set freely between 1 and 100.
  3. Conditional start/stop function of the system: the stamping machine can be set to standby after the stamping count reaches a set value, and then run automatically after receiving a new command.
  4. Roll stamping efficiency: Roll stamping 3 lines of characters takes about 40 seconds (automatic loading and unloading takes about 10-15 seconds), depending on the contents to be stamped.

IV. Optional functions already included in this machine.

Data storage function: This equipment automatically generates the stamping data to electronic text and save it in the system database. Stamping data likes cylinder flow number, cylinder actual weight, customer flow number, production date and other contents. The manufacturer can call the data at any time, greatly reduce the workload of preparing inspection reports, and eliminate the possibility of wrong filling the cylinder data in the inspection report.
